Features:
TiC is a new type of material prepared by powder metallurgy method with steel as the bonding phase, refractory metal carbide (titanium carbide) as the hard phase, and its performance is between cemented carbide and steel, with good machinability, wear resistance, favored by the majority of users, and its process characteristics are as follows.
1. High hardness and wear resistance. A large number of refractory metal carbides (titanium carbide) are dispersed in the steel bonded gold, which has a high hardness and greatly improves the wear resistance of the product.
2. Good machinability: steel-bonded cemented carbide has good machining performance due to its matrix structure of alloy steel (tool steel, etc.), and can be used for turning, milling, planing, grinding and tapping with ordinary processing equipment and tools.
3.Excellent cost performance. Compared with tungsten cobalt carbide, the density of steel bonded gold is low, about 6.5g/cm3, and it has a good cost-effective advantage.

The advantage for TiC Roller
1. Hot isobaric treatment, the material porosity of the product is almost zero, which is better than similar products. Therefore, it has strong impact resistance.
2. 55% lighter than tungsten carbide. 20% lighter than alloy steel.

7. Due to the low friction coefficient of titanium carbide grain and good self-moistening property, the working part of the guide roller is less worn, and the output can be greatly increased.
8. The guide roller is light in weight, less than half of the weight of tungsten carbide, so the guide roller accelerates from static to 35,000 RPM without damaging the bearing.
9. The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to the steel, and the bearing will not be stuck when it is hot and cold. The coefficient of thermal expansion of titanium carbide and tungsten carbide carbide is very different from that of steel, so the steel-bonded cemented carbide guide roller is more favorable than the two kinds of cemented carbide guide roller bearing resistance.
10. Hardness HRC67-71, good wear resistance.The using life is 8-10 times that of high chromium cast iron and Cr12MoV. The guide roller can be reused after repair.
